This antique brooch/pendant features an oval shaped natural shell cameo gauging 44.00 x 32.00mm with cream and ivory colour top and an orangy peach background depicting a lady's profile (chest up) with flowers in her hair and ivy leaves on her shoulders. The cameo is raised above a solid frame of 14kt high polished white gold while an intricate, lacy, filigree heart and leaf design accentuates the base. The piece can be worn as a pin or pendant as it has a small circular bale at the top.
