18KT White Gold .65 Carat Radiant Cut Diamond Ring with Princess Cut Diamond Band, .99CTW

This classically simple white gold diamond ring is centered with a very good quality radiant cut diamond, set within 4-prongs. Channel-set within the band are five princess cut diamonds, per side.

While princess cuts are square, radiant cuts have beveled corners. Typically, radiant-cut diamonds are elongated, whereas princess-cut diamonds are square. From an aesthetic perspective, the radiant and princess cuts share several common features. They’re both angular, geometric diamonds with a square or rectangular shape. They also both have large tables. With 70 facets, the radiant cut is one of the most brilliant diamond shapes available today. It's a new cut, created just over 30 years ago by master diamond cutter Henry Grossbard who worked to combine the best elements of the emerald and round brilliant cuts. A princess cut diamond contains 50-58 facets, with a unique chevron pattern that gives the cut its distinct look and brilliance.
