18KT White Gold Diamond-Set Open Heart Pendant with a Heart Shaped Emerald

Fashioned in the shape of a heart, this fabulous pendant features nineteen round brilliant cut diamonds, each prong-set in white gold, around the perimeter. Centered, at the top, is a 2.00 carat heart shaped vibrant coloured emerald, placed tip down, accentuating the overall heart shape. A cable link chain is attached via jump ring to either side of the heart securing with a lobster claw clasp.
