This large combination brooch/pendant has been fashioned in the shape of an oval, set vertically, and containing a detailed hand-carved shell cameo that depicts a lady's striking profile, shoulders up. Flowers adorn the tight curls in her hair and flower and leaves drape her shoulder, on one side. Crafted in 18kt yellow gold with a simple gold bezel, it features a pin and hidden flip bale.
