Breville the Pizza Pan

This pan from Breville is perfect for deep dish pizzas and focaccias, roasted vegetables at high temperatures, as well as BBQ and charcoal cooking. The 12" carbon steel pizza pan is 1.8'' deep. The 7.5" quick release handle is ideal for placing the pan in the oven quickly and easily. The Breville pizza pan is also compatible with many of their Smart Oven models (the Pizzaiolo BPZ800, BPZ820 and ovens BOV845, BOV860, BOV900, BOV950).
