This lovely brooch features an oval shaped natural shell cameo carved with a lady's profile (shoulders up), and with flowers in her hair. The cameo has a cream coloured top with salmon background, and measures 30.70mm x 1.92mm. A 14K yellow gold pierced scalloped border trims the entire perimeter and a pin is attached to the back.
