Estate Originals 18K White Gold Coral and Diamond Chandelier Drop Necklace

This piece is something truly special! This expertly hand-fabricated necklace in 18K white gold sparkles front and centre with a fanciful and mesmerizing chandelier drop. A pretty peachy-orange rectangular shaped cabochon cut coral surrounded by twelve round brilliant cut diamonds is attached to the chain on each side. The coral cluster is embraced by a graceful, curvaceous scrollwork which artfully creates a stylized (hidden) heart. This elegant centerpiece culminates in three long pendants that dangle and dance below. 

The graceful openwork and curvilinear lines mimic the Edwardian era's finest romantic and feminine Belle Époque (the beautiful era) artistry which is known for its milgrain edges and pale coloured gemstones, and offered motifs such as swags, bows, flowers and tassels. Set with an array of glittering round brilliant cut diamonds, the diamond swag culminates in three gorgeous, glossy freely swinging persimmon-coloured coral drops. Each pendant begins with a round brilliant cut diamond that is anchored to the centerpiece and is followed by a fancy diamond link to which the additional rectangular shaped cabochon cut coral and diamond cluster is attached.  And it doesn't stop there; superlative attention to detail is evident in the intricately fashioned chain, accented by six elegantly set diamond stations. This ravishing and romantic necklace measures 20" long and the chain measures 17". The 138 diamonds combine for 2.89 carats and the total coral weight is 5.93 carats.
