Symmetrical undulating marquise-shaped petals of rich, highly textured 18K yellow gold are each centred with a white gold plate containing a small diamond. Snaking through the middle is a row of five marquise-shaped sapphires, each set in four-prongs surrounded by a twisted white gold frame and serving to divide one side from its mirror image counterpart.
