Hilary MacMillan Twill Peplum Top

Chic and bright, you'll add some genuine spring style to every look with this gorgeous twill peplum top from Hilary MacMillan. This piece fits true to size, and we recommend ordering based on the bust and waist of the size chart (with focus on the waist measurement). The ruched back panel allows for flexibility in the bust, but also creates a tight fit. The straps are a blue jersey, with adjustable straps and an elastic inner. The peplum has 3" horsehair sewn into the hem to create a more dramatic flare out.
