Important FAQs: Discontinuation of the TSC Credit Card

1. When is the TSC Credit Card being discontinued?
We are closing all TSC Credit Card accounts as of March 31st, 2025.1
2. Why is the TSC Credit Card being discontinued?
TSC is partnering with Rogers Bank to offer you a powerful option for all your shopping needs. You can now apply to switch to the Rogers Red Mastercard®. If approved, you’ll enjoy access to exclusive TSC offers including Free Shipping on eligible orders of $35 or more2, with a minimum of 6 Easy Pay® payments3 available on eligible TSC purchases (no interest charged by TSC). The Rogers Red Mastercard has no annual fee and Rogers customers with a qualifying service can get 2% cash back on all eligible purchases4 and a 1.5x redemption bonus on Rogers and Fido purchases5
3. Can I still make purchases using the TSC Credit Card after March 31st, 2025?
No. After the closing date, you can no longer make purchases using your TSC Credit Card account. To make new purchases you will need to select a new payment option.
4. I have existing Auto Deliveries billing to my TSC Credit Card. What happens to them?
Auto Delivery orders will continue to be processed on your TSC Credit Card until March 31st, 2025. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-2020-888 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET Saturday & Sunday for assistance with changing your credit card for future shipments beyond March 31st.
5. I have existing Easy Pay installments billing on my TSC Credit Card. What happens to them?
Easy Pay installments will to be billed to your TSC Credit Card until March 31st, 2025. For installments due after March 31st, you will need to provide TSC with different credit card information to keep your account in good standing. You can call our Customer Service team at 1-888-2020-888 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET Saturday & Sunday to make these arrangements. TSC will notify you regarding any installments that cannot be successfully billed beyond March 31st, 2025.
6. What if I need to return an item I bought before the TSC Credit Card was discontinued on March 31st?
Items you purchased up to March 31st can be returned within the usual 30-day return period. We will apply any remaining credits against any balance on your TSC Credit Card account and return the remainder (if any) via cheque delivered to your last known address in our records within 90 days of the TSC Credit Card account closing.
7. If I have a balance on my TSC Credit Card after the closing date (March 31st), what happens to it?
You must continue to make payments on your TSC Credit Card account. Your statement will continue to show your minimum or required payment (as applicable). Payments, credits, interest and fees will continue to apply to your account in accordance with the TSC Cardholder Agreement and your Disclosure Summary. Full payment on outstanding balances must be made by July 14th, 2025.6
8. When will I get my last credit card statement?
Final statements will be issued on June 19th, 2025, and all balances must be paid in full by July 14th, 2025. Once your TSC Credit Card account is closed, we will apply any remaining credits against any balance on your TSC Credit Card account and return the remainder (if any) via cheque delivered to your last known address in our records within 90 days of the account closing.
9. Do I need to do anything if I don’t have an outstanding TSC Credit Card balance?
No action is required if your TSC Credit Card account has no outstanding balance, Auto Delivery orders and/or Easy Pay installments. Your account will be automatically closed.
10. What if I cannot pay off my TSC Credit Card balance in full by July 14th, 2025?
You can contact our TSC Credit Card team at 1-866-341-7141 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to discuss your options.
11. What happens if I do not have another type of credit card to continue shopping with?
We have great news! You can now apply for the Rogers Red Mastercard®. If approved, you’ll enjoy access to exclusive TSC offers including Free Shipping on eligible orders of $35 or more2, with a minimum of 6 Easy Pay® payments3 available on eligible TSC purchases (no interest charged by TSC). 12. How do I apply for a Rogers Red Mastercard?

13. What if I already have a Rogers Red Mastercard?
Great News! If you already have a Rogers Red Mastercard you will be able to enjoy access to exclusive TSC offers including Free Shipping on eligible orders of $35 or more2, with a minimum of 6 Easy Pay® payments3 available on eligible TSC purchases (no interest charged by TSC).

March 31st, 2025 TSC Credit Card accounts are closed. Payment arrangements for Auto Delivery orders and/or Easy Pay installments must be made by March 31st, 2025.
April 1st, 2025 TSC Credit Card can no longer be used for new orders. TSC will stop processing Easy Pay installments and Auto Delivery orders to the TSC Credit Card. Return refunds will be processed.
May 31st, 2025 Final day for refunds or credits to be processed.
June 19th, 2025 Final TSC Credit Card statements will be sent to customers.
July 14th, 2025 Outstanding TSC Credit Card balances must be paid in full by July 14th, 2025.
