Norm Murray’s broadcast career began by reading his high school’s morning announcements, reading out store specials for 8 hours on a shopping mall microphone, attending the Humber College Radio Program in Toronto, and then on to being a Radio DJ in Toronto, St. Catharines, Cobourg, Parry Sound and Newmarket, Ontario. He began his journey with TSC in 1992, when some of the classic infomercial products were very popular. As a TSC Host until 2014, he was able to interview the biggest sports, fitness and entertainment stars to ever be featured on TSC.

He has also appeared on Breakfast Television shows across Canada numerous times, as well as currently recording a radio show and regular voiceover work from his home for companies across North America. He says he is still learning the business, though, as it has changed so much.

Norm’s passion for being on-air and chatting with viewers has always been there. He likes getting people excited about the things he’s excited about. That could be music, emceeing charitable events, or SHOPPING for great products! He graduated as an Accredited Jewelry Professional from the Gemological Institute of America.

Norm is thrilled to be back “home”, hosting and shopping with TSC, it’s long-time and new viewers! “Some of the BEST shopping is yet to come!”

Norm spends as much time as he can with his 2 children, Lindsay and Benjamin, and admits to being a bit of a chocoholic, sports buff and a huge Batman fan!
