Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Express (1 to 3 business days for delivery; delivery date will be provided at checkout for eligible items)
• Standard (delivery date will be provided at checkout for eligible items OR 5 to 10 business days for delivery)
• Order Pick up option at TSC's National Distribution Centre. Closed on Sundays and Statutory Holidays

Items shipped directly to you from our suppliers may have a longer delivery time-frame of up to 15 - 21 business days. This information along with any delivery restrictions such as Physical address required - no P.O. boxes - are detailed on our product pages. Items that ship directly from our suppliers can typically be identified by the item number beginning with a "6", some exceptions may apply.

Occasionally a package may be delivered that requires someone to accept the delivery. If there is no one home to receive the package during the delivery attempt, the package will be available for pick up at the nearest pick-up location. Please follow the instructions left by the carrier at your door.

 

 

Express Shipping

Express Shipping makes it possible for customers to receive their items ordered at TSC the next day* in some cities and within 1 to 3 business days in other cities/provinces. Most orders placed between 12:01 am to 10:59 am could be eligible for next day delivery, subject to conditions.

Express Shipping Guarantee

TSC and its delivery partners do not provide any guarantee on delivery timelines (conditions apply*). In most instances Express Shipping should reach you in 1 to 3 days. However, certain terms, conditions and geographic restrictions may apply.

Express Shipping Exceptions

Express Shipping is available for most items on the TSC website. However, some items may not be eligible including:

1. One of the items in your shopping bag is on Advanced Order
2. The delivery address is a PO. Box
3. A gift card could be included in your order
4. The item could be an ADP (auto delivery) item
5. Large or heavy items or donation items
6. Items delivered directly from our vendor

Standard Shipping

For eligible items, when you choose to ship your order via Standard we will provide you with a delivery date, so you know when your order will be arriving at your door.

 

 

Order Pick Up

TSC's National Distribution Centre

When you choose to pick your order up at the TSC's Distribution Centre in Mississauga, you will receive a pick-up email notification when your order is ready to pick up at the distribution centre. You will need to bring valid ID and your TSC's order number which can be found on your pick-up email notification. Please print your pick-up email notification or have your order number easily assessable on your mobile device – this will ensure we can process your order for pickup quickly. If your order is not picked up within 10 business days, your order will be cancelled.

Please note that this shipping option cannot be modified online. To cancel or modify your order with the order pick up option, please call our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888.

Items shipped directly to you from our suppliers are not eligible to be picked up from TSC's Distribution Centre. If there is delivery information on the product page including a delivery time-frame or restrictions, this item is not eligible to be picked up at the TSC National Distribution Centre. Auto-delivery items and gift cards are also excluded from this shipping option.
