Product Overview

Apple's iPhone is a marvel of modern convenience and technology, enabling an easy connection to the entire digital world. In recent years, the brand transferred this groundbreaking technology into a hands-free, easily accessible piece of technology that combines fashion and function: the Apple Watch. It connects to your iPhone via Bluetooth and gives you access to all of your compatible apps, right on your wrist. Presented here is the Ultra 2, the next step in the evolution of the Apple Watch.

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is designed with the more extreme side of sports and activities in mind, and is ideal for elite athletes and adventurers. It's made with a robust, aerospace-grade titanium case for the perfect balance between weight, ruggedness and corrosion resistance, and designed with raised edges to protect the flat sapphire front crystal from edge impacts. Every element of this watch has been crafted with painstaking attention to detail for unparalleled performance. The digital crown is larger and the side button is raised from the case, making them easier to use while you're wearing gloves, plus the watch has been built to withstand the elements. In short, it's the most rugged and capable Apple Watch ever.

Powered by the all-new S9 SiP, the Ultra 2 features a large, always-on Retina display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, making it even more readable in harsh sunlight. In low-light situations, it dims to one nit, and Night Mode now activates automatically in the dark. The large display gives you room to customize your view to suit almost any activity, and a new watch face shows dynamic info like altitude, depth or seconds along the outermost edges.

The new dual-core CPU has 5.6 billion transistors—that's 60 percent more than the previous generation—and a new four-core Neural Engine processes machine learning tasks up to two times faster. There’s never been anything quite like it in a smartwatch, and it enables advanced new features such as on-device Siri, Precision Finding for iPhone, and a magical new way to control your Apple Watch using a simple double-tap gesture. Gestures make Apple Watch even easier to use anytime, especially when your hands are full. In this instance, just double-tap your index finger and thumb together, and you can answer a call, open a notification, play and pause music, and more. You can also perform tasks such as viewing your activity and health, checking your calendar or the weather, taking a call, and much more. And with an electrical heart sensor and a blood-oxygen sensor, the watch has your well-being in mind. It even has fall detection through its built-in accelerometer and gyroscope, and can connect you with emergency services.

The watch also sports (pardon the pun) a number of features ideal for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. It can now connect to cycling accessories such as power meters via Bluetooth. Start a cycling workout from your watch and it will automatically show up as a Live Activity on your iPhone, which can be attached to your handlebars with optional accessories. Heart Rate Zones let you quickly see your intensity level, plus you can create custom workouts and see advanced running metrics (e.g., stride length, ground contact time and vertical oscillation), and the Workout app will automatically recognize when you switch between activities (so you can combine, say, running, cycling and swimming into a single workout). The watch also supports custom workout APIs, so apps such as TrainingPeaks can directly export your scheduled workouts to the Workout app.

Want to take your adventures underwater? No problem! Designed in partnership with renowned underwater innovators Huish Outdoors, the Oceanic app puts a bona fide dive computer on your wrist. It's made for recreational snorkelling, scuba diving and freediving down to 40 metres with all the core features divers need, and it's also refreshingly easy to use. The Depth app is ideal for tracking recreational underwater activity. It activates automatically when you submerge and shows the time, current depth, water temperature, duration under water and maximum depth you’ve reached. It also shows a dive summary on your watch, and saves a log of each session in the Fitness app on your iPhone. This gives you a complete history of your dives, including a graph of the dive and a map showing the GPS entry point.

Lastly, this is one of Apple's first carbon-neutral products. Through ongoing innovations in materials, clean energy and low-carbon shipping, Apple Watch Ultra 2 is now available in case and band combinations that are carbon-neutral. With this Apple Watch, you can stay connected without the need to constantly be on your phone. It offers convenient functionality in a wearable format and enhances your iPhone experience.
