This cast aluminum multi-pan from Curtis Stone is the perfect vessel for sautéing vegetables, searing steaks, frying up burgers, simmering stews, deep-frying a chicken or baking a hearty casserole in the oven. It features Dura-Pan, a specially formulated five-layer titanium non-stick coating that adds strength and durability to the cookware, and while it's safe to use the pan with metal utensils, but nylon, wooden or silicone utensils are recommended to help prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
