This waterproof scale from KitchenAid features touch capacitive buttons that won't collect kitchen dust or food particles and can easily wipe clean.
• Max capacity: 11 lbs x 0.1 oz and 5,000 g x 1 g (dry ingredients); 5,000 ml x 1 ml and 176 fl oz x 0.1 fl oz (liquid ingredients)
• Press the hold button to lock in the last recorded weight on the LED display; weight remains visible even when the bowl or container is removed
• Tare: weigh all ingredients into one container by using the tare feature to zero out weights in between additions; also works to zero the weight of any container before adding food
