Product Overview
This collection celebrates and commemorates the history of Canada with coin sets, paper money, medallions and postage stamps marking the important anniversaries of Canadian Confederation and important events leading up to Canadian Confederation.

100th Anniversary of Confederation (1967)
The highlight of the collection is a 1967 proof set marking the 100th anniversary of Confederation presented in an original black leather case. Included is a 1967 centennial proof-like coin set from the cent to the silver dollar in the case, as well as both official 1967 $1 banknotes and a "Canada 125" dollar coin, double-dated 1867–1992.

1867–1982 Fathers of Confederation Constitution Nickel Dollar Coin
One hundred and fifteen years after the British North America Act was passed in England as Canada's original constitution, the Constitution Act of 1982 was enacted on April 17, 1982 to "patriate" and update our constitution. Incorporating the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, this act is the most fundamental framework for all laws of Canada and the rights and privileges of all Canadians. To mark this event, the Royal Canadian Mint struck a special commemorative dollar coin featuring a representation of the famous 1884 "Fathers of Confederation" painting by Robert Harris.  The scene is an amalgamation of the Charlottetown and Quebec City conference sites and attendees. The coin is double-dated "1867 Confederation, Constitution 1982."

1534–1984 Jacques Cartier Nickel Dollar Coin
In 1534, French navigator Jacques Cartier was sent by King Francis I to the New World in search of riches and a new route to Asia. He was an important part of Canada's history; his exploration of the St. Lawrence River allowed France to lay claim to lands that would become Canada.

150th Anniversary of Confederation (2017)
This five-coin set celebrates Canada's 150th anniversary with winning submissions from the My Canada, My Inspiration design contest, and features the glow-in-the-dark two-dollar and the coloured 25-cent designs. Also included is a Canada 150 50-cent coin, and a Canada 150 logo medal in bronze.
