The BioChef Atlas Pro Whole Slow Juicer features a bigger auger; a 300-watt commercial-grade motor; BPA-free, dishwasher-safe parts; and a beautifully sleek design. The juicer comes with Enzyme Protection Technology (EPT), which means that the strong motor produces juices from vegetables and fruits without heat, thus protecting enzymes and nutrients. The powerful motor also means that soft and hard fruits and vegetables can be juiced with ease and consistency, and it also achieves continuous juicing for up to 60 minutes compared to the standard 30 minutes of continuous operation with other domestic models. This model has been tested with apples to produce an impressive 40 litres of juice per hour.
