Product Overview
This uniquely coloured gemstone pendant features a 4-prong-set, in yellow gold, 16.50 carat radiant cut green beryl. A large bale spans, in a tapered fashion, across the entire top of the stone and is framed, on the exterior in yellow gold and set, in white gold, with seven round brilliant cut diamonds that combine for .14 carats. The loop of the bale is hidden around the back and a 14kt yellow gold 45cm (18")cable link chain with spring ring clasp is included.
Both emerald and green beryl are a variety of beryl. Emerald is the green to greenish-blue variety of beryl. Green beryl, on the other hand, is light green or, as it is sometimes referred to, pale green beryl. Emeralds are green because of the presence of chromium or vanadium (or a combination of both). While, Green Beryl is green because of the presence of iron. Naturally, occurring Emeralds are generally heavily included which makes them less resistant to breakage or stretch. In comparison, Green Beryl's are much less included.
• Total Green Beryl Weight: 16.50 carats
• Total Diamond Weight: .14 carats
• Gold Fineness: 14kt
• Gram Weight: 6.4 grams
• Appraised Value: $3,400.00 (Appraisal certificate included).

• Pendant measures approximately 2.5cm from bale to bottom and 1.2cm across and chain measures approximately 45cm (18") in length
