This vintage 18K yellow gold Rolex Geneve Cellini Swiss-made wristwatch has a 25-mm case diameter and a round brown dial with gold-coloured hands. The Rolex crown and name appear at the 12, and the back of the case is stamped #2817611. The watch runs on a 19 jewel manual movement, and an aftermarket genuine brown lizard leather strap with a gold-plated buckle is attached.
