This adorable and whimsical wasp brooch is custom crafted in 14K yellow gold. It features a .70 carat oval shaped cabochon cut jadeite jade gemstone, bezel-set in the centre, representing the thorax (body). A round head with seed pearl eyes rests atop of the jade, and a pear-shaped abdomen below. The wings span out on both sides, and sixty-five additional seed pearls punctuate both the wings and abdomen. High polished gold legs extend from both the top and bottom, and a bar pin runs across the back.
