In preparation of a Canada Post service disruption, TSC may use alternative shipping methods to deliver your orders. You can shop with confidence knowing we will continue to ship orders to almost all Canadian regions.  

TSC only sells products within Canada and does not ship outside of Canada. Shipping & Handling may not be available in all areas. Shipping & Handling charges are shown along with the price of the product during our TV broadcast. When shopping online, you'll find your total Shipping & Handling charges in your Cart and during the checkout process.

When calculating shipping & handling charges, the shipping weight of your order is always rounded down to the nearest weight in the fee schedule. Therefore, an item with a shipping rate of 1-1/2 lbs will be charged at the 1lb shipping rate.

For certain orders, free Shipping & Handling may not be available in your area. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice (even after an order has been submitted), including in cases where free Shipping & Handling does not apply to your area.

Update on TSC Shipping & Handling (S&H) Fees

TSC is making it easier and more affordable to purchase your favourite brands and products without extra shipping & handling fees.  Previously, our S&H fee started at $6.99 per item, meaning shipping costs could add up quickly when purchasing multiple items. To provide more value and savings, we’ve updated our S&H fees to a flat $9.99 per order for standard shipping on orders under 20lbs -no matter how many items you purchase. This means you can shop more and pay less on shipping overall, making it easier for you to get great products at great value—right to your door!

Free Shipping on Select Beauty orders of $75 or more

Beauty orders of $75 or more (before shipping & taxes) with a shipping weight under 20lbs will automatically qualify for free standard shipping. Offer excludes Marketplace items. To be eligible for free shipping, Auto Delivery items of $75 or more must be ordered on their own and cannot be combined with other Beauty items. Free Shipping may not be available in certain areas. If your order contains multiple items, only those items having a shipping weight under 20lbs will be eligible for free shipping. An item's "shipping weight" is usually the same as the item's actual weight, unless the item and packaging is large or bulky, in which case an additional premium is added to the item's actual weight to arrive at the item's "shipping weight" (for large or bulky items, typically 1 cubic foot is equivalent to 10 lbs shipping weight). Offer cannot be combined with Auto Delivery items, any other offer or discount, or redeemed on Gift Cards. Offer is subject to change without notice.
