Order Modification
You can modify your recently placed order while it is in ‘Waiting to Process’ status. Online order modifications include adding new items to an order, as well as changing or adding promo codes to your order. For any other changes such as cancelling an order or removing an item from your order, please call our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888.
To modify your recent order, please go through the following steps:
- Go to the My Account page. You will need to sign in, if you haven't done so already.
- Under the 'YOUR ORDERS' section, click 'RECENT ORDERS'.
- Find the order you want to modify and click on 'VIEW DETAILS'.
- On the Order Details page, if an order is eligible for modification, the 'EDIT ORDER' button will be highlighted in black. Click on it on start modifying your order. If your order is not eligible, the button will be greyed out with an explanation and next steps.
Our orders may be processed from a number of different Distribution Centres and we regularly process 25,000 packages or more each day. With automation, you can understand the difficulty of trying to find and pull back a package after the process has started—it's a lot like looking for a needle in a hay stack. To ensure that all of our customers’ packages are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, we must follow our processing methods.
