Order Tracking

The "Track Your Order" Page

You can track your order without signing into the site by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on "Track Your Order." Once on the page, you may enter your order number and billing postal code to access your order details.

Order Details Page

If you're logged in to TSC.ca, go to the "Your Orders" section on the left from your main account page and click "Order Status." You'll see a list of your orders. Click "View Details" for the specific order you want to track. You'll see a big "Track Order" button on the right side of that details page. Click it.

Transactional Emails

Look to your emails, and you'll find the same big "Track Order" button inside emails marked "Order Confirmation," "Ready for Pickup," "Shipment Notification," and "Order Modified"; whichever one applies.

Check your Order Status now.
